BHIP Ltd Returns procedure
Please read the notes below before sending an item back to us - thank you.
In the first instance, please contact us either by telephone or via our CONTACT US form.
We will reply to you within 1 working day with confirmation how to proceed.
Exceptions to this policy are :
- Unopened / unwanted goods (within first 28 days of purchase) - for refund or exchange
- Goods that have arrived damaged or dead on arrival - for refund or exchange
- You have discussed the issue with us and we have consented to it's return
In these cases, please proceed direclty to the RETURN FORM
For everything else, for example, faults within the warranty period but outside the first 28 days of ownership ~ please CONTACT US first. Thank you.
General guidelines regarding returns
We can only return items to the same country as the original order. For example, if the order was originally sent to the UK, we cannot send the replacement to Italy unless the customer is prepared to pay additional postage.
When returning goods to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore we would always recommend that you use Royal Mail's Recorded or Special Delivery, or alternatively a courier, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.
In the event of a Dead on Arrival, Failure within first 28 days or Incorrect item sent we can either a) send a Stamped Address Envelope (for use in the UK only) or b) Refund the return postage (to a maximum of £8)
