BHIP Ltd does not have a facility for warranty returns unless the item has developed a fault within 28 days of receipt of goods. 

For any product failure outside the initial 28 day period, please return the faulty unit to the UK importer / manufacturer from the list below.

Suunto operate a COLLECTION service for faulty items. Suunto will arrange to collect the item from your place of work. This service is FREE of charge if collected from a place of work. If you choose to have it collected from HOME, there may be a small fee. You must complete a copy of their online form.
