All products come with an International 2 year manufacturers warranty on wrist units and chest transmitter bands
Defective items should be returned to Polar UK Ltd,as detailed below (this is the authorised return process of Polar UK Ltd. Polar UK Ltd do NOT consent to any of their dealers making repair / warranty themselves. All warranty claims MUST go through Polar UK Ltd)
Warranty does not cover water damage if buttons operated underwater. Customers are advised to return the warranty card to the manufacturer

For item that fail within the warranty period, please return DIRECTLY TO SUUNTO - please do not send the items back to BHIP Ltd unless we have agreed in email or telephone.
Suunto operate a COLLECTION service for faulty items. Suunto will arrange to collect the item from your place of work. This service is FREE of charge if collected from a place of work. If you choose to have it collected from HOME, there may be a small fee. You must complete a copy of their online form.
